How do I contact you? Where are you located?

1. Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 128-bit encryption.
2. Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our Ecommerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.
3. If you enter wrong billing address and your bank decline your purchase (1,2,3 times) some banks consider this as "pending transactions" and place hold on your funds. This pending hold is removed by your bank in 1-2 days. For further details, please contact your bank.
4. Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.
5. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.
6. If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.
7. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.
8. Our return policy is available on the Terms of Sale agreement.
9. If your bank approved the purchase, we will immidiately send you confirmation and order #(invoice #). When a purchase is not approved by your bank, for whatever reason, you won't get confirmation from us. You can also logon to your account and check your order status.
10. We use plain brown boxes or white USPS priority mail boxes. We do not advertise on boxes or labels. Ship from will be "GP Guru"
